This year, we're offering two blends of the area's native varieties: Cerasuola, Biancolilla, and Nocellara. The quality is always the same, top-notch.

Princìpiu , a delicate oil, predominantly made from the Nocellara cultivar , yet retains its personality and flavor. Fragrance, aroma, and delicacy make for a true local masterpiece.

Timpirussi , our "classic" EVO, where Cerasuola dominates with its spicy and bitter character, always pleasant and balanced. A delight for the palate and with incredible potential for pairings.
