The delicate flavor of Nocellara del Belice perfectly balances the bitterness and spiciness of Cerasuola, with its notes of artichoke and tomato, while Biancolilla lends a subtle hint of almond in the background.
Princìpiu is our IGP Sicilia Certified EVO Oil, the latest addition to the 2025-2026 Olive Oil Campaign, the result of a long selection process begun at the beginning of the season with the aim of finding a refined, sweet, and fragrant product to complete our range of local EVO oils.
