Innanzitutto la ringrazio per questa possibilità ad esprimere il mio parere.
Senza dubbio la qualità dell’olio è eccellente. Purtroppo avendolo assaggiato l’ho trovato un po forte al palato.Considerando che ogni anno ricevo dalla Sicilia (Catania) dell’olio di produzione padronale è esclusivamente riservato alla famiglia ( Zio) , proveniente da un uliveto di proprietà familiare . Purtroppo mio zio è deceduto e per il momento l’uliveto è lasciato al suo destino . Sono quindi abituato a l’olio d’oliva nuovo. Forse col passare del tempo il gusto si addolcisce. Vedremo . Almeno sono sicuro che l’olio è buono.
