The olives that give life to this excellent product are harvested from olive groves in the hinterland of the provinces of Agrigento and Trapani. These trees are cared for according to centuries-old traditions passed down to today's farmers by their ancestors.

A delicious, healthy oil that will surprise you with its versatility. The bitter and spicy notes of the Cerasuola, which dominate here, are lively and present, yet always balanced with the milder aromas of the Nocellara and Biancolilla.
